Connect failed:(-32534) Disconnect : Protocol error

Question

Hi,

I'm trying to run commands on Redback.router but i get this error :

I use SSH2 Method and when i click Telnet/SSH from the device, it open the connection corectly with Secure-CRT (with SSH2..)

I'm running 3.10 version of the cattools.

do you know what could be the problem ?

Please open a case with us.  Support should have a connection analyzer tool that can be used to determine the exact connection method.

Hi, I tried to enable the capture mode, but the debug file that was created didn't give me any clue for the error problem. here is the output of the debug file:

Use the CatTools File menu to select the "Enable capture mode" option.  This will create a capture file in the Cattools3\debug folder.  This will show you all communication between CatTools and your device.  After your troubleshooting is done, don't forget to disable capture mode.
