I wish that NOC Views become incorporated in Modern Dashboards. The UI is way more easy to read on a large screen, but I would like to be able to shuffle between multiple views.

We monitor in 2 ways. One is to have an updating dashboard available for management to see and for our clients to ask us how the system is doing. The second is to tell us if there's an issue that we need to investigate.

The new dashboards are nice, but I would like NOC views and multiple tabs, then I can use them more.

The UI is less relevant than the content and the observability. Some features of the modern dashboard are great for summarizing, but some observers would prefer to see more details. For instance, in a NOC environment, where user interaction is minimal, combining details with the summarized information provides the maximum information with the least amount of effort.

While the information is the most important element if it's not presented in a pleasing manner it will often get neglected.

While the NPM UI is important to me, the SEM modern UI is extremely important. IMO

I would like to see the device view tab work with more models then what it currently works on now

Personally I'd prefer any effort is expended on making things wor or integrating aspects into SolarWInds.

e.g.

Make Orion Maps capable of displaying a specific map in a specific group and not one map to rule them all.
Integrate more Vendors into the discovery side out of the box
work on getting backups (NCM) to work directly with more Vendors out of the box

These are just a few off teh top of my head.

The important thing is providing / seeing useful information that's actionable. The format in which it's presented may be new or old, better or worse, but if it's consistent, if we know it and know where to look for the important bits, and if there's little or no learning curve to make it available to those who can use it to make informed decisions, that's more important than a new UI.
