Am I supposed to get a confirmation email with a link to the webinar? I registered and get the webpage that says "thanks for registering", but I have no link to the actual webinar. Is the email getting blocked?

It appears your customers and all the webinar participants were given direction when it came to submitting questions prior to the event, however, it looks like there is code, confirmation email, or any other form of communication giving us direction on how to attend the Actual Webinar.

Given the state of things with Solarwinds right now.....this is not helping your case.

Will we get a link to the recording, since we didn't get a link to the event after registration?

I am concerned that registration databases for events are hosted externally, or at least not as well secured. They provide a valuable target for hacks and later phishing attacks.

Please just ask for an email address.

@foonly at this point, if your major concern is your email address getting into 'the wrong hands', it doesn't sound like you need to attend events such as this. As for myself, my email appearing on yet another spammer's list is a small price to pay to when trying to find real answers on this infiltration.

@mak3 It's not my email, it's all the other info like place of Organization and Phone Number that help target a phish.

@danielleh I ended up not getting a confirmation, and consequently a link to the webcast, for the evening session either. As a government customer, it's possible the emails are getting blocked a the DOE JC3 level based on recent events. Although, I get many other emails from Solarwinds. Undoubtedly there is something different about the webinar emails.
