Curious if LEM supports FileZilla logs, if not I would like this to be added as a request.
Not today (that we know of), but coincidentally another customer who can't supply log samples requested this so we had to de-prioritize it until we can get more information. If you can provide sample data, we can get this on the list!
I can try to get some data together. Another potentially easier option would be for your guys to install FileZilla there (it’s free and open source) and generate some logs of their own. This way they may be more likely to capture what they need.
That's what we planned to do (and often we'll do this), but because of the number of requests we have having something to start from helps. We use samples to at least estimate difficulty level and prioritize the request. There's also the chance with something new that we can't support it for any number of reasons (or what we can support is not what the customer really wants), so it helps us get that message back to customers quickly if it comes to that.
