For NPM the best place to look is on the online demo or on your own NPM if you have it installed. Here you can see a list of reports, check what exactly we're collecting and a brief description of the report.
On the online demo for example you can select the manage reports view and see all the steps involved in creating that report. Reports are customizable and you can create your own.
