IP SLA's - Negative impact on the network?

Hi There,

If im considering deploying VoIP monitor to assist with some voice issues at remote sites should I be concened by the additional bandwidth generated by the IP SLA's?

Will this additional traffic cause more problems?

Should I be doing any tunning?

Just want to get any idea from ppl using it in the realworld

From a packet load POV it will add 1000 packets every 5 minutes.
