THWACK Migration Update v1.0

Twelve days into our migration, we've made considerable progress on critical break/fix issues as well as working in a few cosmetic corrections along the way. We still have a lot of work to do, but I wanted to share periodic status updates with the community, so you know exactly what's been addressed, what's underway, and you can report on issues that perhaps haven't made the list yet.

Before I jump straight to the point, I wanted to thank you all for your positivity, encouragement, and support throughout this transition. With time, I’m certain annoyances will grow – we feel it too. If I navigate to someone’s profile page trying to direct message them one more time, I’m going to run out of room in my swear jar, which is already being purged daily (sometimes hourly). I hope these periodic updates provide the transparency you’re looking for and exude the commitment and dedication we have to this community.

Alright, let’s go. NOTE: These are not listed in any order of priority but rather in order of time reported.

Thank you for keeping us up to date. This was a monumental task and to us Thwackters, it went off for the most part without any major issues. I am sure I speak for others when I say we truly appreciate your efforts! Well Done!

Hmm.. I haven't seen it reported, which doesn't mean it hasn't been, but noticed today that going to the "SHARED ON THWACK" in "Manage Policy Reports" in the compliance portion of NCM yields nothing. Guessing it has to do with the migration?

Wanted to get sure it gets added to the "todo" list if it hasn't been already!

Testing the pic upload ability... I didn't see this for some reason before. I'm glad it's working. It seemed like before it didn't show any upload button but this works ok it seems!'

Cool Clock! Not inexpensive, either, if I correctly recognize the components.

I've still been blocked from inserting / uploading images because I've provided over a thousand images during the last sixteen years. Sigh. Sadness for me ( @yumdarling )

I have hopes that I'll soon be able to upload again, and the fact of the matter is that it's a cosmetic luxury that isn't strictly required for me to enjoy Thwack. (But it DOES help me enjoy Thwack even more!)

We have tickets open for these items, one of which has been fixed. You should be able to insert photos into your posts now by clicking on the camera icon.

The other item is the ability to copy/paste images into your posts. That is still being worked on.

I am not able to log into the thwack website using my username and password. I can get into thwack if I log into the customer portal first and I don't think that is very efficient. What can I do to fix this problem? I can't even change my password.
