WPM intermittent RDP access Error

I thought I'd throw this out before opening a support case.

I am receiving the following error intermittently on 1 player location (of 25) and 3 transactions (out of 200) on that single player:

"Not played - This transaction contains parts that require RDP connection on player machine but RDP connection could not be established. Connect to player machine and verify that RDP connections are enabled and that first user account for WPM player (usually SEUM-User-1) can connect to RDP."

I have personally verified that the first user account has RDP access (member of the RDP user group on the server).

Your thoughts... ?!

Update:: It is now a sustained error, but only on those 3 transactions on that one player.

You can look into [SEUM_Recordings] DB table on [RequiresInteractiveSession] column. If it's 1/true then given recording requires RDP.

After restarting the services I just let the server settle in. It took about 45 minutes however, the three transactions in question returned to working order.

... although... it would nice to know why it was displaying that behavior.

Hello,

Are/were there other users connected via RDP to player machine at that time? If so then WPM may not be able to open a new RDP session. By default there are can be just 2 RDP sessions opened on server OS at the same time.

Not all transactions need RDP to work. Only those that contain Java Applets on the monitored page do, others work without RDP. That's why you see the error only for 3 transactions.

Thank you for your response! I completely forgot about RDP connection limits. Do you happen to know if there is a way to tell if a specific transaction uses RDP?
