Im looking into the AD user import options you can do from the Dameware Administration Console
Just want to know if there are any limitiations or maybe things to look out for
So far I have not been able to find any yet
Also how does the licensing work with users signing into mini remote and remote support?
Currently we are managed dameware remote and mini remote users locally
We have a commercial licenses
How do those licenses flick over to the AD users? Do we need to free up licenses from the local users so AD users do not take up the remaining licenses?
