Unable to edit or create new alert for universal poller

I'm having a problem editing an existing alert that is based on a universal poller. I have a universal poller we created that polls the temperature from a Geist unit in our server room. The poller has been working for a few months and we created an alert to email us when the temp exceeds our threshold. The alert still works but if I try to edit it (such as adding a new address) I get an error. The error is " Please specify a complete Trigger Condition. Field not specified or invalid". If I go to the Trigger Condition tab it shows one of the conditions is not set. When I set it to what it should be (Numerical Status) I still get the same error message.

I've tried recreating the alert but I get the same error. I also tried creating an alert for another universal poller and got the same error. I also noticed that if I move the rules around another condition gets added called "CustomPollerAssignmentID is greater than 0" automatically. Below is a screenshot.

I have NPM 10.6 and SAM 6.0. Anyone else have this problem?

Hopefully this will help someone out in the future. I was able to resolve this by running the Advanced Alert Manager as an Administrator. After this I was able to edit the existing alert and create new ones based on a Universal Poller.
