I haven't looked at these forums in over 2 years, since we upgraded to Orion NCM (but have since gone BACK to Cat Tools).

I am surprised nobody responded to this survey - or are the entries hidden?

Just for the record - Cat Tools *IS* a life saver.  We had a building get flooded a few years ago, and we lost 15 switches. Without Cat Tools backups, we would have spent many days trying to find the (lacking) network diagrams to show what vlans went where, special port configurations, etc.  Instead, once the new hardware arrived, each floor was back online in minutes!
