First time I'm out of the running on day 1. I'm wondering if this one is currently sensitive to capitalization. I answered with a capital.

Surely and oddly enough, it IS case sensitive.

That is odd. I've done a bit of a workaround to include every possible format of the correct answer (upper-case, lower-case, singular, plural, etc.). Please try again and if you're still having trouble send me a message. Here is a hint, though: it is formatted exactly as you'll see in the hint link.

For Monday's question, being American I was off, I see only a single 5 letter word appearing in any context that equates to the clue text and certainly not the entirety of the clue text in the hint in any way.

I'm just not going to play until someone else confirms or denies my observations as I've been burned by trickery and feints one too many times, especially in something so wide open as a fill in the blank.

All lower case worked fine here for me this morning. There are several potential answers, but the one I selected fit the hint perfectly, even though it was't the answer I expected. It is not capitalized in any way in the actual hint page.

Technically that's true, it does not support Windows Event Logs natively. As a workaround using Log Forwarder you simply forward Windows Event Logs as Syslog messages.

A little transparency, here: I have a family member who had to wear one of those devices and it was no fun. They couldn't get it wet so had to keep the ankletted (is that a word? oh, well...made it up if not) leg outside the shower. It was miserable for them. But, on the flip side, I suppose if one does something that warrants the wearing of such a device, one kinda gets what one deserves. Fortunately, they have turned things around so no more having to worry about "house arrest".

And, rschroeder, don't you get me started with the "ya, shewr, yew betcha"s! ;-) Cheers!
