Looking for a Inventory report that will pull Hostname, model, serial and mac address of my Cisco Devices

Have a look at the Physical entities V2 report in NCM

That pulls everything but the MAC. IF I could find out what database Table that is stored in I could pull it from that. I can get mac address on every port, but it needs to pull the Base Ethernet Mac Address listed for the Cisco Devices. Which showes up under Show version.

I am no seeing Base Ethernet Mac Address showing up in that report.
