Looking for an APM template for Citrix Xenapp 4.5, any help would greatly be appriciated.
XenApp 4.5 approached End-of-Life in 2013, so there are no current out-of-the-box application templates for XenApp 4.5. That certainly doesn't mean however, that you couldn't create your own following the steps outlined at the links below.
