Can I get API endpoints for all Orion SDK versions released till now, or is there a way through an api to know atleast current version of orion and adjust programmatically the api endpoint uri?.

For eg: The latest demo version installed has foll endpoint:

hostname:17778/.../Query

That has been the API endpoint since the release on NPM 10.4 in 2013. We have no plans to change it.
