Adding NCM to EOC is now definitely on the roadmap. In fact, that's the feature we are working on now.

I can tell you that it's unlikely you'll get a public response from Solarwinds about what's coming in future versions and when. They're generally pretty tight lipped about such things. However you might have success contacting your account manager.

Alterego is right. PMs here prefer to by annoying by erring on the side of saying too little. The other side of error leads to a lot worse than annoyance. That said, with EOC, we will focus on usability improvements and on incorporating new functionality that's shipped in modules since EOC 1.0 was released.
