Cant uninstall Free Version of Realtime Netflow Traffic Analyzier

Hello, I am having problem uninstalling the free Version of Realtime Netflow Traffic Analyzer and the NetFlow Configurator. I am using Windows 7 and when I got the control panel and try to uninstall them there it asks if i want to repair or remove. I click remove and it does its thing and says everything was uninstalled. Its not though. The entries in the add/remove list are still there as well as all the files in the directories. The program even runs.

Please help!
