EOC and Database size

Just saw that EOC requires an own SQL-DB. Does it fit into the 4GB limit of SQL Server Express...we have about 60 accounts, 50 views, 2 NPMs with 5k objects? If not, is it possilbe/advisable to host the database on the same SQL-server as the NPM on site?

Another SQL license is simply not fitting in the budget anymore...

Since EOC does not track historical data it is possible to have it work with the 4 gig limit.

I should also ask, what modules you use on the two orions?

I would honestly put it on something that doesn't have that limit. Might save you some trouble in the future. Maybe you could put it on an existing SQL server, it doesn't seem to be very resource hungry.

They are running NPM only.

I thought so too, I guess on the EOC DB is only account data, views, resources...

You should be able to run EOC with far less than 4 GB.
