Can 5.1.2 agent upgrade be pushed to agents with version 4.11.2?

Running on a Windows  Server 2008 R2 64bit.  Server has been upgraded to 5.1.2.  Attempting to push to all agents but got some failures. Restarted agent on the failures but still getting Aborted after attempting for 24 hours. Check the agent.  Any advice welcome.

You can use the remote agent upgrade utility as Mark mentioned or run the 5.1.2 agent installation file (found in your customer portal) on the agent server itself to manually upgrade the agent.
