Greetings..
I am using Dameware Remote Support Centralized 12.1 with HF3 installed. We we try to do a attended session and the user clicks the link to download the agent it appears to launch the firewall prompts to allow the application and then nothing. How can I narrow down what is causing this so it can be fixed?
The remote systems are Windows 10 1809 and some Windows 7.
Any insight is most appreciated.
