I get this error after i changed the password on both ipmonitor & the server and try and add a recovery service e.g W3SVC. The server is not in a domain so i have simply got in ipmonitor credential:-

username
password

Tried this 3 times now with no luck, the credential can see the server fine. But wont list the services. This server is on a remote server.

Adi,

Try recreating the credential, and using it for a few monitors.  See if that resolves your issue.
