Just finished installation and I find that I cannot connect from my Android phone unless I am connected over VPN. What should I check? Firewall is disabled on the MA server. Thanks.
Is your MA server on the same network as your Wi-Fi? Is the MA Server IP Address/hostname resolvable when connected to your corporate wi-fi?
We had to set a rule in the firewall to allow an SSL connection on a port that pointed to the SW server.
Don't know if that helps or not.
