FTP Voyager Scheduler Tasks Missing after application crash

Version 15.2.0.2

Win Server 2008 R2 (VM)

Created a synchronization task. Went away for awhile returning found that scheduler had crashed- not uncommon, however on restart all of the scheduler tasks are missing. How can you restore these scheduler tasks?

Hi Kelly,

Can you find the scheduler archive file, where tasks are stored? scheduler.archive file is stored in c:\Program Data\Rhinosoft\FTP Voyager.

Peter, I located a file named FTP Voyager Scheduler.SCH.Backup of the FTPVoyager Scheduler file at C:\User\%username%\AppData\Roaming\RhinoSoft.com\. I renamed it(dropping the.backup ext), replacing the bad .SCH file at C:\Program Files (x86)\RhinoSoft.com\FTP Voyager.

This resolved the issue.

I don't know how this occurred, I thought it was perhaps due to an incorrectly configured synch task however I have had no crash since replacing the .SCH file so I can't tell and can't see a crash log from Windows App or otherwise that indicates the root cause. If you have any ideas I'd be interested.
