IpMonitor upgrade 9.0.6 -> 10.0.1

I followed the ipMonitor 10 upgrade instructions and upgraded from ipMonitor 9.0.6 to ipMonitor 10.0.1

The upgrade went very smoothly, and took around 15 minutes (including backup)
