EOC APM polling Issue

Trying to test the demo but I'm having a problem getting EOC and APM to work correctly. When I add the APM to the EOC console everything seems to work fine as it passes the test on the Edit Orion Server screen. But when I go to the Orion Servers tab the APM server I added doesn't have a green light and EOC isn't pulling the info from that server. Am I missing something? Is there another step needed to active the server?

I added a NPM server in the same manner and everything works fine. The APM server is working but I just can't seem to get the EOC to poll and collect the data. I don't get any errors. The APM just doesn't seem to come online in the EOC

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Which version of EOC do you use? If you are polling APM standalone server (version 4.0.1 and higher) you must use EOC 1.3. The older EOC version couldn't poll standalone APM.

I am using 1.3.0.803 . It's the demo download and the two were a packaged download.
