manipulating Syslog server file

I just downloaded and installed the Kiwi Syslog Server, my firewall is sending data to the syslog server. What I want to do is be able to create certain report from the log file; top talkers, internet usage, which website; which IP access which website, etc? Can this be done with the Kiwi Syslog Server, if so how?

For assistance with creating reports for the top talkers, internet usage, etc., please open a support ticket and select Kiwi Syslog Eval as the Solarwinds Application. Someone will get back to you soon to help you get everything sorted out.

wow, thats not helpful at all to the rest of the community. Should there not be a FAQ or KB articile that can be refered to, so that others that might come to read this forum for tips/help can also benifit? Especially those evaluating the product, who might make a purchasing decision on the amount of support offered here?

dclick, I hear where you're coming from. I think Elisabeth just wanted to ensure that this evaluator got hooked up with one of our sales professionals to help this user with making an informed purchase decision. We do take commonly asked questions or tips/tricks and include them in our KB system (www.kiwisyslog.com/.../).
