Can't find first time login in Virtualization Manager trial

Installed Virtualization Management Appliance everything going fine on ESXi 4.1
Setup manual IP, tried to login from console and/or web page but cant with ESXi root user, even admin or administrator.
Searched very very long trough Solarwind site, googled but nothing find there?

Can someone advice me ?

Off course first read the documentation but didn't found it.
Now I'v got a problem to add to collector on lab host ESXi 4.1 ?
Cant add like data source with right credentials, add like unmanaged host (no vCenter here), add with IP address and the result is:

Connection failure.The credentials configured for 192.168.0.x are invalid.
