NCM Configuration Manager will not run

Just upgraded from Orion to NCM. I am trying to run the Configuration wizrd and all I get is a quick splash of a progress bar and then nothing... I tried to run in a dos box and get no errors or anything.

What did I miss??

End goal is to enabel Web tool of NCM.. Do I need to upgrade to NPM 9.1 for that??

are you logged in as a local administrator? it is possible that this is a permissions issue? have there been any GPO's pushed out?

For the folks experiencing this issue, can you provide your exact reproduction steps? E.g. What specific NCM executable did you run (integration module or server)? Did you install it on your Orion NPM server or your NCM server?

We installed on the NCM server. The load directly from Solarwinds site on the customer section !

And for your information, i hope that would help you, the configuration wizard folder is not located in the windows regestry part . Can this cause the problem?

I'm not sure what you mean by upgrading from Orion to NCM. Do you mean from Cirrus to NCM? in any case, please open a support ticket with the details of the version you upgrading from and the steps you took during the upgrade.

No, NCM 5.0 and above include a standalone web console. You don't need NPM for that. If you want to integration NCM into your NPM website, you'll need to install the NCM integration module on your NPM server.
