Having trouble moving maps from Orion 9.5 server to the EOC 1.1 server.

Can somone please let me know the procedure for displaying maps created in an Orion NPM 9.5 enviroment on the EOC 1.1 website. Secondly, where are the maps located on the local drive. I found maps in C:\Documents and Settings\'user'\Application Data\Solarwinds\NetworkAtlas\Maps and am not sure if this is the correct place. File names in these folders however and meaningless as they are in xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx.jpg file format that does not correlate to the map name that you give it in Network Atlas.

Hope thixxxxs makes sense. We are simply trying to use our existing Orion maps in the EOC so that we do not have to recreate all of them as there are many.

We have an import tool for moving maps that should be out shortly.

Any idea when this import tool will be released? We have been trying to get the EOC up and running for almost 9 months now and have had one issue after another. We would like to be able to get this completed as soon as possible.

We ran into some problems and had to do some rework. Sorry, but we didn't want to release it with the issues. It's a couple of weeks away.

I noticed the tool has been released on the customer portal in additional components for NPM. Make sure you grab the second link of the two that look to be the import tool.

"Orion-to-EOC Network Atlas Map Conversion Utility"

That is the correct tool for the import of NPM to EOC.
