for some odd reason, i do not know, I have lost the tree view in Network Performance Monitor. Can anyone tell me how to get it back, and what I did to lose it.

I had the same thing happen to me once in a previous version. I believe that I ran setup wizard again, which solved it.

There is a Knowledge Base entry that has step by step instructions for resolving the node tree issue. The KB entry is
support.solarwinds.net/.../ProblemDetail.cfm

that brought my tree view back but no scroll bar, node details box and all the interface links do not work..
anything else I can try?
btw, ALL i can see is the tree view, no links from the tree view work either.

You can change it in the registry
Start\Run\regedit
For Performance Monitor:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VB and VBA Program Settings\Orion Network Performance Monitor\NodeList]
Set "Visible"="True"
and "Width"="5550"
For MapMaker:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SolarWinds.Net\MapMaker\Settings]
Set "Node Tree:Show Addresses"="True"
and "Node Tree:Width"="5550"
Hope this helps, Paul
