Very large file transfer

I have a 600 GB OVA file and would like to upload to Serv-U via HTTPS or SFTP file transfer.

Please let me know if anyone be able to transfer this size successfully and the method being used.

It worked with HTTPS over 60 hours. I was able to import the VM from the OVA and the VM came up perfectly.

I don't think it would be possible via HTTPS but SFTP should be able to do it.
