Empty Map

The network topology mapper indicates discovered nodes in the tree on the left, however, no nodes display on the map. Also, when right clicking on a node in the tree and selecting properites, the properties window comes up empty. Why is this happening? Thanks, RD

Are the nodes being identified, or do they show up as ICMP nodes?

A couple easy things to check- Do any nodes on the left have a green check mark next to them? The check indicates what is drawn on the map. Another thing to check would be to just pan around on the map. I've had the map place objects outside of the viewing area, and I had to search to find them.

Hello,

I had the same thing happen to me and I downloaded the latest Hotfix from the customer portal and now everything shows up. Not sure if it will help you, but it did me.
