Updating Checkpoint Enterprises MIB

Hey SolarWinds,

Checkpoint Software Technologies has updated their MIB for
enterprises.2621. They don't seem to be actively using enterprises.1919 anymore...

I have a copy of the MIB (in PDF format), that I'd like to submit to Solarwinds in order to update the information used within mib-browser.

While you are at it, you might also add the icon from Enterprises.1919 to enterprises.2621 too.
