Add the Option again to Export / Import Rules

Case # - 01721412 How do I export Rules from Kiwi Syslog NG as I only get Migration settings under Setup and not the Import Export settings as listed in your KB [ thread::388rxt_fcGytqAu8StzqqHw:: ]

The option to export Rules is no longer available in Kiwi Syslog 1.2.0.4.

This is unacceptable and needs to be re added as a feature ASAP, it is now costing me ages of manual work to upgrade all our rules on all of our servers... .
The below options should be default and included in all versions even new.
