Feature request - IP usage period setting function

Hi, Team.

The IP manager assigns and manages IPs for each user.
I want to manage history by assigning each IP and setting the available period.

For example, 10.10.10.100 IP allocates IP to User01 so that it can be used from 2020, January 01 to 2020, December 31.

Management can be much more effective by automatically changing from Used to available when the period expires.
After that, if an unlicensed or unregistered user is confirmed to use the IP, more thorough management is possible by providing an event or alert.
