Please add the ability to add Notes while unmanaging or muting a node

Please add the ability to add Notes while unmanaging or muting a node. 

It would be nice if the engineers could leave the reason why the node was unmanaged, when it is expected to return to service, retired, etc.

This is a repost of the feature request submitted years ago and might have been forgotten.
