Basic webhook support

I need to feed webex with a webhook feed. DPA does not support the json octet feed which Teams and Slack does but a lightweight webhook would fulfil my need and others.
The alternative is a full blown webex integration as per slack and teams.

Sorry but this is not implemented. I dont want teams and slack octem webhook. i need this to work with webex
