There is currently no reported availability percentage for IP SLA operations. This seems odd since availability is perhaps the most important and widely used statistic in all of networking.
The feature should have the following options.
1. Calculate availability of each IP SLA operation to multiple decimal places.
2. Precision of this reported calculation should be based on the frequency of the operation (i.e. an operation that only runs every 30 minutes wouldn't be able to report more precisely than 99.9% per month, while an operation that runs every 2 minutes could report 99.999%)
2. The user should be able to select which of the IP SLA status' (Up, Warning, Critical, Down, Unknown, Unreachable) are counted as available or unavailable or ignored. The default should count Up, Warning, and Critical as Available, and Down as unavailable, and ignore Unreachable and Unknown.
3.As an added capability, being able to specify more complex business rules would be very helpful. For example, if an operation was down three polls in an hour, then the whole hour should be considered down.
4. This metric should be integrated into predefined reports for IP SLAs. Note, there are FAR too few of these reports available currently.
