A year or two ago Microsoft released the Local Admin Password Solution utility. The utility sets the local administrator account password on each computer in the domain to a unique, complex, randomly generated password. The passwords are then automatically changed on a regular schedule. The password for each computer is backed up to the ms-Mcs-AdmPwd attribute of the computer account in Active Directory. If an IT person needs to log on with the local administrator account for some reason, they have to look up the password in active directory by either looking up the computer account attributes or using a LAPS UI tool from microsoft.
It would be very helpful if this attribute was surfaced in Mobile Admin so that a tech working in the field could look up the password for the local administrator account when needed, instead of calling back to the office for someone else to look it up.
