Ability to exclude VM hosts from VMAN (other than creating users with "no access")

Currently the method to exclude hosts is to create a vCenter user that does not have access to the hosts. And that works great. However some customers have multiple unique ways of organizing Hosts, VM's, and datastores. So the ability to un-check a Host or datastore would be a nice to have.
