Current sitiution:
When configuring User Account rights it is not possible to have a user that is using IPAM Roles & Permissions set to Custom to have access to edit/write DNS records, unless he is made Administrator of the whole IPAM. The user either has to be administrator or Power User over all the networks, to have write access
Required functionality:
Allow customization of DNS user roles independent on their IPAM role either by:
1. Allowing custom DNS rights management similiar to IPAM roles for IP addresses, except this time for DNS zones and/or servers.
2. Having a single Yes/no button to allow selected user/group to have write access to DNS records.
