We would like to roll out the F5 iControl ability to enable and disable the rotation of pool members, to users who would find it beneficial. What is preventing us from doing this is that the right is currently ties to the "Allow Node Management Rights" account privileges. We would like this right separated out so we can give it as we see fit regardless of if an account has "Allow Node Management Rights".
