I would like to use alerting and sms text messages to contact our on call staff. I have accomplished that part and I'm using a hierarchy to contact three staff members until someone acknowledges the alert. We would like to purchase Mobile Admin to accomplish this eliminating the need to use VPN or Web and use our smartphones with Mobile Admin to acknowledge the alert which will stop the messaging string.
