Restricting users to view custom dashboards

We created a custom classic dashboard (http://SolarWinds_hostname/Orion/SummaryView.aspx?ViewID=317) and we're trying to restrict some users from viewing the dashboard and would like the users to be prompted to a page that says "You do not have permission to access this view". However, this option can only be applied to built-in dashboards. It would be great if we could select the dashboard in the Default Summary View.
