Hi I would like to know if the latest version of FTP voyager is capable of hyper threading? which splits files into segments to increase download speeds.

While HT does an excellent job of parallelizing execution and keeping physical cores busy- it is not a replacement for physical cores. 4 core w/ HT <> 8 cores
basically the O/S will not even notice underlying HT . so we have no restriction to support or not supported as it wont get notices you can try that if this works for you in terms of speed and performance .
