Improvement of the notification system for multicomponent template

Good day!
Is it possible to modify the notification system so that when we receive an alert from a multicomponent template, we could see the specific name and value of the triggered element in the alert?

For example:

We have template, with some Linux/Unix Script Monitor components.

In the database, our template is visible as follows:

When creating an alert, it is possible to pull the value or the first value from the table:

Or all values at once:

With message:

But we would like see only triggered alert:

In this case "Used memory 56.5%"

Would this be different from the "List components with problems" variable that can be put into alert messages?
