I would like to see the ability to display inactive alerts in Orion, meaning alerts were the alert condition no longer exists. These alerts simply "disappear" into the depths of the Orion database and there does not seem to be a simple way to look at them again. Not sure why this is not a standard feature already? I would imagine a simple checkbox at the bottom of the Alerts screen to "Display inactive Alerts". I do understand that probably only a limited history (30 days) would be available, but that is OK. Maybe even make it more sophisticated and allow to choose "All Alerts triggered in the last xx Days" up to the maximum available. I know that there are ways to get this out of the database with SWQL, but not everyone has that skill level or wants to develop it. The reason for choosing Solarwinds over let's say Nagios is that it is usable out of the box without coding required. This feature would be very valuable for both auditing and troubleshooting purposes. You can't learn from the past if you can't study it.
