Please consider only include down events that actually send alerts into "Outage" in email report. Currently all down events, no matter the duration of down status, contribute to the outage number in email report, which might include noises, especially those that have been filtered by the feature "When down, alert after" in check configuration/editing. Our users from time to time found surprises when reading the scheduled email report because the number of outage doesn't match the number of alerts they received. Thanks.
