I see a few threads in the forum about this, but not an actual feature request. So, hopefully I'm not doubling up on this.
There doesn't appear to be any auditing around the creation/updating/deleting of discovery profiles. Unfortunately, anybody with node management rights can edit or remove these discovery profiles, if they know how to get there.
We rely on discovery profiles to add in new volumes, interfaces, etc. However, they seem to disappear every so often. At this point, I've had to resort to running a PowerShell script every hour to see if our reoccurring discovery jobs still exit, if they are still assigned to the proper polling engine, etc. However, when they do disappear, all I can do is recreate them because I don't know who removed them. Very frustrating! Along those same lines, it would be nice if I could limit who could managed discovery profiles separate of node management rights.
