We would like to understand if it’s possible for us now to get correct data for individual links associated with a particular velocloud edge device as of today from SolarWinds NPM 2020.2.6. Meaning we would need historical/current reports on bandwidth utilization, link up/down(not edge up/down) etc. and everything there is, in terms of SNMP monitoring.
Also, I'm aware that it's a work in progress. Would like to know the current status of this integration done so far.
SD-WAN is a real game changer in the Networking space. SolarWinds is one of the pioneers in Network monitoring space. VMWare is one of the leading vendor in the SD-WAN domain. We urgently need enhanced monitoring function to be enabled in SolarWinds for VMWare SD-WAN Monitoring. In VCO we can see great reporting but export function for Link level statistic, WAN Availability, Device health monitoring is still under development. Request to the SolarWinds Development team to work on this areas to integrate VCO with SolarWinds NMP in extensive way using SNMP to get below reporting visibilities:
1. Link level utilization trend
2. Latency, Packet loss, Jitter trend along with QOE score
3. CPU, Memory, Tunnel, Flow, Temperature utilization statistics
4. WAN site availability reporting
5. Region / Country specific dashboard for SD-WAN sites with top usages - in terms of links, applications
6. Link up / down alerting notification
8. Alerting over threshold notification for Links, Interface errors, CPU, Memory
9. Automatic discovery of cascaded and connected IP subnet for the SD-WAN sites (VCE)
10. Notification of HA failure / Device failure
Eager to see the above change to be implemented in couple of months time to have greater visibility of VMWare SD-WAN in SolarWinds Network Monitoring Tool.

Souradipa I know that with 2022.4.1 they introduced native VeloCloud monitoring - Did you get chance to upgrade yet? I have been using custom pollers up until now to get info out of our Edges.
Support for Velocloud was implemented in the 2022.4.1 and 2023.1 releases. Try it out and let us know what you think.
Yes, I upgraded our instance to the latest version as soon as the release came out. What I am specifically looking for are the interface level information like utilization, link up/down for a particular edge. Are you getting those in your version? All interface utilization still shows blank for us.
